The olive oil mill in Cervera del Maestre is a traditional industrial facility that was used until the second decade of the 20th century to manufacture olive oil. One of the most outstanding pieces inside the building—of medieval origin and declared a cultural asset—is an original 1606 artefact: a huge lever press that is 12 metres long and weighs 4,000 kg, which is capable of producing a pressure of 15,000 kg on its disk-shaped filters.
