A visit to the Sant Mateu Interpretation Centre to discover how wine has been made since the 17th century. This is an old mill made of fossilised stone that belonged to a family of oven-makers, those of whom had considerable economic power at that time. When the visit ends, we will taste different varieties of olive oil.
